Personally Exhibiting the Seven Virtues
Life is like a game of twister. You never know what will happen next. All knights can participate and learn methods on balancing inner and outer demands. This will be an interactive workshop filled with fun and fellowship.
Utilizing Your Guild
Advisors are there to guide and assist our chapters, but how do we take the first step in involving them? This workshop teaches you how to interact and helps you understand the resources that are available to you.
Enhancing Brotherhood Meetings
Long chapter meetings can be tiring, especially since they take place during the semester when everyone is busy. They do not need to be all business all the time as this can grow apathy within your brotherhood. With this workshop, learn how to reinvigorate and improve your chapter meetings.
Suicide Prevention
This workshop focuses on the main goals of suicide prevention training. You will become more familiar with basic statistics and facts regarding suicide in college students as well as understand the warning signs. Additionally, you will learn how to ask if someone is thinking about suicide and feel better prepared in treating someone and in a crisis.
Be Courteous to All Gentles
Working with different groups of people can be challenging especially if you are inexperienced, so this workshop introduces you to working with individuals with exceptionalities, so you can expand both your knowledge and your community program.
Brotherhood Roundtable
The entire chapter is not just the executive board; The majority of the power of the chapter comes from the general brotherhood. In this workshop, discuss with brothers from other chapter in an open discussion about the role of the general brotherhood, how you feel as a general brother in your chapter, and provide insight on improvements that could be made for the betterment of the general brotherhood.
Managing Your Denarius
Joining the real world can be pretty unnerving, especially in regards to money, so this workshop gives you an overview of the basics of finances after college from loans to taxes.
Risk Management- Protecting Your Keep
Risk management is an integral task in the real world and within APO as it protects your organization, project, yourself, and your brothers. Learn the ins and out of risk management and how to effectively apply it to your chapter.
Court Etiquette
Court Etiquette goes through Parliamentary Procedure (Robert’s Rules) and how it can be used in your chapter during meetings. Robert’s Rules is widely used, including in APO, and is known for facilitating effective meetings.

Come network with alumni from across various regions and find out about the many opportunities available to you after graduation.
Rediscovering Avilion
Rediscovering Avilion, APO Spark, is aimed at reminding us why we became brothers whether it was a month ago or years ago through a series of activities and structured conversations. It is a great way to recenter and refocus on why we joined APO and continue to participate in leadership, fellowship, and service.

Magna Carta Creation and Revision
Chapter bylaws is often the foundation of your chapter, but can be confusing. This workshop aims to provide guidance on creating and revising your bylaws so they are constructive for your chapter. While every chapter culture is different, there are some basic starting points for all.

Chivalry in Service
APO both develops leaders and provides service; These two are often seen as two different goals, but they are intertwined. Chivalry in Service is about how to develop leadership in yourself and your chapter through your service program.
Recruiting Quality Knights
Recruitment is about both the quantity and quality of potential pledges (new members). Learn how to recruit more quality members for your chapter while maintaining a robust membership program. As the saying goes, “recruitment never ends!”
